RedBrick Health is actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager / Director of Corporate Systems to play a key role in the design, development and management of RedBrick Health?s critical internal corporate systems and to lead the Help Desk and Corporate Systems Admin team.
This position develops the internal business systems strategy, designs, plans, develops/builds, implements and manages the systems that make up the RedBrick Health Corporate Systems. This includes working with all RedBrick teams to ensure that they have the tools and corporate environment needed to perform at their very best. This position will also work closely with the VP of Production Operations and the VP of Trust and Compliance to set and execute the corporate Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans. This role will also be accountable for executing security/compliance policies and procedures as defined by the Trust and Compliance team.
Strong communications, deep analytical skills and prior experience with complex enterprise scale infrastructures is essential.
Essential Job Functions
Manage daily activities to resolve problems and provide excellent internal customer support.
Develop and implement standards, procedures, and processes for internal corporate systems operations, including CRM and Call Center systems.
Collect data, perform critical analysis, and provide essential reporting for the business on the performance and functioning of the corporate environment.
Plan for and manage the implementation and support of new technologies.
Analyze, research, and evaluate internal customer service delivery enhancements and new initiatives so that resources are maximized and efficiencies are achieved.
Provide input and recommendations regarding strategy, business continuance issues, and system improvements.
Maintain positive internal customer relations; provide instructions and assistance to internal customers regarding available services.
Participate in the planning and management of new desktop hardware and software applications and underlying data center technologies.
Coordinate software and hardware installs, upgrades, and problem resolution for internal corporate systems.
Manage assigned staff; develop and implement work standards; implement performance management measures; provide for training of staff; assign work.
Manage special projects as assigned.
Essential Job Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A bachelor?s of Science degree in Computer Science or Management Information systems
5 year of work experience that includes managing teams responsible for information technology, production operations, operations support and/ or business systems support. Three years of work experience that includes data collection, critical analysis and business reporting
Thorough knowledge of concepts, techniques and practices of computer operations as applied to the operation of mission-critical internal corporate productivity tools, including CRM systems.
Organizing and managing a Service Desk per best practices such as ITIL and HDI.
The ability to analyze and evaluate raw data and render accurate and meaningful conclusions.
Extensive knowledge of web-based computing systems and web applications.
Implementation of best practices around information security with experience in implementing and supporting HIPAA or other privacy and regulatory compliance.
Proven technical skills in Windows, Windows Server, Cisco network and Intel/AMD hardware
Strong understanding of performance tuning, configuration management, event monitoring
Knowledge and experience in a healthcare environment with HIPAA requirements
Wide variety of desktop applications and productivity tools including the Microsoft Suite, the Adobe Creative Suite, and SharePoint
Windows and Mac OSX operating systems
UNIX / LINUX Administration experience a plus
Experience with relational databases
