Manager - Director, Online Marketing (DOE) Flurry

Reporting to the VP marketing, this role will own online marketing and demand generation responsibilities. The role combines online advertising, PPC, SEO, email marketing, marketing automation, and more. You will drive site design and development, manage inbound traffic, outbound customer communication, as well as create assets and campaigns to nurture and qualify leads for the Flurry sales force. You will drive the creation of materials and campaigns that increase customer interest, engagement, and acquisition. You have access to a customer database of now more than 70,000 companies, which you?ll also leverage to cross-sell additional Flurry services to existing customers. Additionally, this position will have management responsibility for inside sales.
Responsibilities:
Keep Flurry top of mind in a relevant way across the web, social channels, email marketing
Increase the quantity and quality of inbound traffic to landing pages at flurry.com
Define and optimize working prospects through lead generation funnel steps
Design, test, and execute progressive nurturing campaigns with marketing automation
Improve qualified traffic for each Flurry service with strong SEO, PPC campaigns, online advertising, sponsored email blasts, webinars, etc.
Manage Flurry?s presence across various content and social outlets including SlideShare, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Wikipedia, etc.
Create and execute customer communication programs including email newsletter and social media channels
Drive strong customer on-boarding and cross-selling programs to newly acquired and existing customers.
Requirements:
BA / BS, MBA strongly preferred
4+ years Internet marketing experience, including marekting operstions, online marketing, email marketing, online advertising / PPC, SEO and marketing automation.
Power-user of Marketo and Salesforce.com strongly preferred
Web design and development ? extensive experience defining web design strategies and working closely with designers to create a compelling web experience
Marketing Automation ? creating and optimizing lead funnels, including lead scoring and nurturing
Lead Nurturing ? experience defining and driving successful nurturing programs including content creation & lead scoring a plus
Analytics ? extensive experience analyzing campaign & site ROI and optimizing conversion performance
Writing ? excellent writing skills for a range of collateral, including web pages, email, landing pages and customer presentations, including ability to skillfully repurpose existing content
Messaging ? great ability to define / refine messaging to ensure we convey a compelling message across all of our customer touch points
