Duties & Responsibilities
The Manager (Director) Sales Operations manages support functions essential to sales force productivity. These include planning, reporting, tools and process for quota setting, sales forecasting and opportunity management, process optimization and sales compensation administration.
The Manager (Director) Sales Operations also works closely with other stakeholders including finance and operations to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization supported.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization
Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts.
Coordinates planning activities with other functions within LitePoint such as Finance and Operations
Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.
Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
Implements enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales teams. Monitors the assigned sales organization's compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data. Works closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the tools and processes.
Manages the Inside Sales Operations.
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required
Demonstrated ownership knowledge of tools, processes and initiatives in sales environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of managing a small to mid-size teams across multiple time zones.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, high energy with a passion for excellence and attention to detail.
4 year college degree. MBA a plus.
5 or more years of related experience in a B2B sales environment.
