Reporting to the Director of Global Education, the Manager of Education Delivery is responsible for coordinating the delivery of instructor-led, virtual and live education, webinars and training. They are accountable for tracking and improving customer satisfaction, key performance indicators, and running an efficient and high-performing team of educators. The position is responsible for coordinating with the Curriculum Development team, Product Management team and other departments to develop and deliver world-class training and education. They will serve as a subject-matter-expert for their team and others in the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilitating education in both in-person and virtual environments, a high level of managerial acumen and excellent organizational and inter-personel skills.
Minimum qualifications:
