Manager, Email and Database Marketing Centrify
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED You will ensure Centrify?s email, database and creative marketing programs are scheduled and executed on-time with highest quality. You'll work with a variety of internal stakeholders, including digital marketing, field and channel marketing, and sales operations. You'll need to be unflappable in the face of multiple projects and priorities. Excellent written and oral skills are a must, as you?ll need to contribute creative ideas and help with editing, proofing and occasionally writing copy. Experience working with Salesforce.com and Marketo is a must. A background in design, especially in creating HTML emails, is a big plus, as is a sense of humor and a love of collaboration.

Use your project management experience to serve as the central scheduler for production of creative assets, including datasheets, white papers, web landing pages, and all outbound email blasts to support field, channel and online programs.
Keep and communicate the schedule of all email blasts, including:
Pre- and post-event promotions for tradeshows and similar events
Prospect, customer and partner newsletters
Online events such as webinars
Additional one-off programs
Become an expert on Centrify?s contact database and work with internal stakeholders to craft segmented target lists for all promotions.
Ensure superfast and accurate importing of all prospect data coming from a variety of sources, such as tradeshows and third-party lead-generation vendors.
Be fastidious about ensuring data is properly groomed for import, with relevant lead source information included and relevant Salesforce campaigns being updated.
Document all requirements and procedures for data management, lead source tracking, and lead routing, and work with fellow marketing managers to ensure they are complying
Define and document workflow processes to help create efficient processes.
Working with the business stakeholders, ensure other contributors such as writers and designers understand the deadlines and have the materials they need to provide creative assets on time.
Coordinate the schedules of contract designers to ensure projects are covered.
Ensure the quality of all deliverables by proofing copy, inspecting graphics for appropriateness, testing links, and testing web landing pages to ensure information is flowing correctly into Salesforce and is being routed to the appropriate sales teams.
Keep all stakeholders updated on the status of projects.
Create HTML emails and design items such as banner ads from existing creative assets as needed.
Set up and maintain ongoing ROI reports and dashboards using Salesforce; experience with Marketo reporting is a big plus.
3?5 years relevant experience in email/database marketing, marketing project management, or creative asset trafficking, preferably with a high-tech, B2B company
3?5 years of experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo (or similarly robust marketing automation tool, not an email scheduling tool)
Hands-on experience coding HTML emails (must know modern HTML email coding standards and be able to troubleshoot formatting issues; experience only with a visual HTML design tool won?t be sufficient)
Graphic design experience using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
Excellent writing and proofing skills
A passion for quality, especially as it relates to keeping contact databases clean
Detail-oriented, and highly organized
Ability to juggle multiple deliverables and projects and remain the calm, ?can do? voice in the midst of a dynamic environment
Advanced skills with Excel, including project management and asset tracking
Skilled at using professional productivity tools, including Outlook calendaring, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with online project management tools such as Trello or Basecamp is a plus
Experience running online events using WebEx or similar tool is a plus
