The Manager of Employer Partnerships will support our partnership with Accolade?s large national employers and the Accolade team to develop and deliver our innovative and new service offering. The Manager of Employer Partnerships will support the Director of Employer Partnerships and be involved in both customer implementation activities and on-going support.
Responsibilities:
Partner with customer lead to support multi-layer customer relationships for successful implementations and retention of assigned customers
Support of customer-facing implementation activities for initial and ongoing implementation projects
Manage day-to-day relationships with customer contacts and customer health plan & other vendor contacts
Partner with Accolade team as the voice of the customer to deliver customer specific requirements
Contribute to continuous process improvement activities for Accolade customer implementation and customer management functions
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree
Customer management experience in the health care industry preferred
Experience as an individual contributor with ?roll up your sleeves? attitude who is prepared to make it happen
7+ years of work experience through combination of account implementation, ongoing customer management or benefits management and project management
Previous experience working for a health care company, employer benefits team, and /or health care consulting company preferred
