Summary
As a leader in consumer health engagement, Silverlink works with the country?s leading health plans to motivate as many as one
million health decisions a day. We are seeking an experienced marketing professional with strong writing, analytic, and interpersonal
skills to develop sales tools, training content and sales support materials to make our sales process as productive as possible.
The right candidate should have exceptional writing skills, have experience in field marketing and sales support, and be passionate
about working in healthcare. This individual will provide sales and marketing support for Proposals / RFPs, sales collateral,
executive presentations, competitive intelligence and other customer-facing deliverables. Additionally, this role will interface with our
executives to generate content (white papers, eBooks, webinars, etc.) that will be used to position Silverlink as a leader in health
engagement. Understanding how to articulate a value proposition in a clear and concise way is critical.
The ideal candidate has writing, research and presentation expertise and also the ability to strongly partner with sales and marketing
team colleagues to ensure deliverables are positioned in a compelling way; and completed in a timely manner. We are looking for a

Responsibilities
! Manage sales proposal / RFP development, working directly with sales team to ensure success across a variety of
solution offerings
! Provide sales enablement assistance as needed in the form of collateral development, slide creation, etc.
! Develop new sales tools / content that have a measurable impact on sales productivity
! Provide strategic account support with customized marketing plans for our largest accounts
Qualifications
! Bachelor degree required, English/Journalism focus a plus
! Must have 5-10 years professional working experience in marketing, field marketing or sales enablement roles
! Must have healthcare industry experience
! Familiarity with the RFP response process
! Comprehensive understanding of technology marketing
! Must be very detail oriented, organized and self-motivated
! Strong project management skills required
! Strong attention to detail and ability to execute on multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
! Flexibility/adaptability
