The Role

The Global Recruitment Team holds primary responsibility for finding incredible candidates who meet each of these standards. The Manager, Global Recruitment role will recruit for positions across the Axiom globe, including Sales (Practice Management) and Corporate functions. This role reports to the Director, Global Recruitment.
Key responsibilities include:
Recruiting New Team Members
Establish effective working relationships with people leaders across Axiom, to understand their people plans and in particular ensure they have the talent they need to achieve their objectives
Identify and engage highest-quality candidates to meet talent needs, using a variety of methods (which may include but is not limited to job postings, campus recruiting, networking, employee referrals, direct sourcing, and recruitment agencies)
Assess candidates both over the phone and in-person to effectively determine their fit against the requirements of the role and Axiom?s
Manage entire candidate experience through our assessment and decision-making process
Support/guide both hiring managers and candidates through the offer / acceptance process
With support from the Analyst, Global Recruitment, ensure that all interview logistics including scheduling, room bookings, travel, and conference call arrangements are organized to ensure highest quality team and candidate recruiting experience
Supporting and Improving Recruitment Infrastructure and Tools
Assist in the set up and implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ensure job descriptions remain engaging and attractive to candidates by updating company information, role requirements, and editorial coverage and awards
Maintain position and candidate-related information in Recruitment Trackers while also capturing sourcing information, time-to-fill, and cost-to-fill data
Assisting with the creation of recruitment strategies
Develop a deep understanding of the skills needed across a variety of job functions and build proactive pipelines as needed for particularly hard-to-fill roles
Research and identify new sourcing methods to yield strong candidate pipelines
Regularly review and refine third-party partner lists to ensure recruitment agency partners are effective and aligned with our strategy and culture
Our ideal candidate

3+ years of in-house recruiting experience; experience within Professional Services is a plus
Ability to identify larger strategic problems within a search and course-correct as needed without prompt
Ability to fluctuate between day-to-day tactical recruitment activities and strategic issues
Highly persuasive verbal communication skills, with a gift for engaging ?not in play? candidates
Sense of urgency, hunger, and drive/commitment to reach goals and build the business
Ability to effectively assess candidate skills and interests to meet requirements
Poise, confidence, and maturity to interact with senior level, highly experienced candidates and Axiom managers
Critical thinking and creative problem solving skills
Highly organized and able to operate in a high pressure, fast-paced environment
Bachelor?s degree from a top tier university required; MBA is a plus
