Position Summary:
The Manager, Global Total Rewards will oversee global compensation and benefit strategies and design to ensure that company's policies and practices are meeting the needs of the organization. The job will require outstanding analytical and communication skills to drive change and quality in the execution of all of Specific Medias compensation and benefit programs. It is essential that this individual be a content expert on issues pertaining to compensation pay structures, benefits, benchmarking, and equity compensation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following but other duties may be assigned.
Develop and implement base, variable and equity compensation programs at every level of the organization.
Negotiate with vendors during open enrollment.
Develop and implement compensation and benefit programs as well as key compensation and benefit initiatives that will drive long-term results, talent acquisition, and retention.
Provide effective, creative, and informed compensation and benefit services and training to our business units and internal customers.
Work with international divisions to ensure consistent global compensation and benefit programs are uniformly administered.
Demonstrate strong and easily references capabilities to influence decision makers and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Manage the annual incentive programs for management and sales.
Oversee the Salary Administration Program.
Provide input and expertise into executive retirement programs as well as stock programs.
Strong ability to communicate with top executives and be a subject matter expert.
Provide support and guidance with mergers and acquisitions.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors degree required.
At minimum of 7-10 years previous experience in human resources roles with an emphasis on compensation design and execution.
Posses expert level skills with excel and must be comfortable with compensation and financial modeling.
Experience with sales bonus/commission.
Experience within the Online Media industry is preferred.
Computer Skills:
Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office suite.
Computer competence and the ability to utilize media effectively.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
