Manager, Inbound Marketing Interactions
Interactions, a leader in conversational self-service for customer care is adding an Inbound Marketing Manager. The manager will be responsible for the leading product marketing and supporting the marketing communication efforts for the company.
Responsibilities:
Business Planning ? Market segmentation and analysis
Sales Process ? Design and Stage Definition
Messaging ? Develop clear and concise product positioning and messaging that differentiates our offerings in the market and speaks to business value
Branding ? Conceive and build programs that drive awareness at the C- and VP-level
Sales Enablement ? Generate vertically relevant content that communicates the value proposition of the offering and develop the sales tools that support the selling process
Launch Management ? Plan the launch of new offerings and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
Demand Generation ? Develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand using both inbound and outbound marketing
Analytics ? Drive definition and monitoring of critical KPIs across all processes
Market Intelligence ? Be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them
Technology & Automation ? Salesforce.com, email marketing, lead scoring and nurturing, content curation, video tools and services
Media & Analyst Relations ? Coordinate our efforts to communicate effectively to major covering industry and investment sector analysts. Manage responses to major analyst surveys.
Event Management ? Planning and execution of trade shows, events, and conferences
Requirements:
5+ years of enterprise software product marketing experience
Direct experience in the contact center space is highly desirable
Bachelor?s degree in computer science, engineering, business or marketing
Very strong communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to leverage and drive social media effectiveness across the organization, and how to architect a productive inbound marketing process
Willing to travel 25%
Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
