Manager, Inside Sales Customer Care Team - Pleasanton, CA
Description

Qualifications
Passionate about managing and motivating a successful 6-10 person team that provides an awesome, memorable customer experience while having fun
Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced environment with the ability to get the job done efficiently
Experience building and managing a customer care team including recruiting, and creating operating processes, metrics & support systems
Experience collaboratively managing across cross functional groups such as sales, provision, billing and technical support
Sense of urgency and understanding of a sales environment and how help off load
SME on telecom support issues (moves, adds, changes, account updates, billing, service questions, provisioning status and updates)
Skills
Telecom business and systems background
Innovative and detail oriented, the ability to properly create and document the operating process and reporting mechanisms for overall company process improvement
Previous management experience in customer service
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com
2-3 years of experience building, training and leading a team
College degree is preferred
