In order to reach our goals, we?re looking to hire an exceptional Inside Sales Manager. The Inside Sales Manager will be an integral part of LivingSocial, managing a successful team of inside sales sales representatives in our Washington, DC office.
Direct the daily activities of a growing team of Sales people to ensure that team goals are met and exceeded
Establish team measurements and provide regular reporting on progress
Coach and mentor sales representatives for success in this role and future sales roles within the company
Work closely with Sales Management across the company to ensure optimal efficiency between sales teams
Constantly review and refine sales processes to increase effectiveness of the team
Help define the role and provide direct input into sales strategy
5+ years of successful sales and sales management experience
Proven experience managing successful teams of 10+ sales teams to above quota performance
Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor teams of sales professionals
Experience managing teams in the local advertising space is a plus
Experience managing teams that have worked with small business owners is a plus
Success-oriented, self-motivated, creative and flexible.
Strategically and creatively think in a fast-paced changing environment
Possess ability to prioritize and work productively to meet deadlines
