ValueClick, the leader in dynamic personalized advertising is looking for a Manager of Learning and Development to assist in formulating, developing and executing our learning and development strategy. We are totally dedicated to the development of our employees and are looking for a high energy individual that shares in that passion as well.
Partner with Director L&D to support learning and development strategies that are aligned to corporate objectives.
Ownership of our current early career employee rotation program on both the technical and non-technical sides of the business.
Research, assess, design, implement, and deliver all early career workshops across all ValueClick businesses.
Partner with cross functional teams to provide support and assist in the development of training plans for employee rotation participants.
Work with business leaders to schedule their participation in monthly Lunch and Learns for the employee rotation program throughout the year.
Provide coaching to employee rotation participants as needed to ensure their success in the program.
Track results of the program through conducting feedback sessions with the cross functional teams involved in the program as well as analyze survey results.
Deliver team trainings i.e. Myers-Briggs, Presentation Skills etc.
Help support customization of onboarding practices across the organization.
Bachelors Degree in Business, HR or other related field.
MBTI Certification is a plus, as well as Coaching Certification.
Minimum 5-7 years of facilitation experience in a client facing role.
Minimum of 5 years of learning and development related experience.
Strong ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with internal and external partners across the organization.
Proven ability to dynamically deliver content, engage an audience and have an unwavering energy doing so?..this is a MUST for this position.
Passion for working with early careerists and a sincere desire to see them develop and grow in their career.
Proven experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
Strong preference for experience out of ecommerce, start-up environments where creative thinking was embraced and encouraged.
Technology savvy individual, with excellent Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Supreme attention to detail and heightened sensitivity to delivering to deadlines and follow up.
Strategic thinker with the ability to developing project plans in a thoughtful manner.
Willingness and proven ability to be adaptable to change, and work in extremely fast paced environments.
Desire to work hard every day with a smile and have fun along the way with no drama!
Willingness to travel of minimum of 30%.
