The Manager, Local Marketing & Media is responsible for overseeing Brandmuscle?s efforts to develop local marketing plans for the users of our BrandBuilder system while serving as a liaison to key corporate stakeholders at Brandmuscle clients.
The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of developing successful local marketing programs using a wide variety of traditional, print and digital marketing tactics, will be comfortable working directly with corporate stakeholders and individual franchisees and dealers, and will have a passion for effective, results-oriented local marketing.
Acting as a liaison between the client and the Brandmuscle Print Production and Local Marketing teams to ensure that project goals and timelines are met.
Recommending and taking action to assist in the analysis and solutions of client issues and problems in the best interest of both the client and Brandmuscle.
Providing reporting and analysis of client marketing programs.
Identifying opportunities to improve the marketing planning and project management process and ensure that all team members have the tools and training necessary to meet the needs of Brandmuscle clients.
Managing excel lists and data for large print jobs.
Occasional copywriting for communication announcements to end users regarding local marketing programs
Working directly with Brandmuscle corporate clients to manage the introduction and implementation of Brandmuscle?s local marketing programs.
Interfacing with all stakeholders that will interact with the project, including end-users, media partners, internal sales, product development, graphic operations and client service teams.
Providing ongoing feedback and assessment of project status and issues to managers and executives.
Working to identify new opportunities with existing or potential Brandmuscle clients
Carrying out additional projects/tasks as needed
A Bachelor?s degree is required.
Familiarity with a variety of approaches to developing and tracking the effectiveness of local marketing plans.
Strong knowledge of excel spreadsheets and comfort in managing data and analysis Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail- and client service-oriented
Well versed in use of Microsoft office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills Working knowledge of print production processes
Ability to find creative solutions to problems
Ability to multi-task and handle many working projects/assignments at a given time
A minimum of 5 years of experience planning local marketing campaigns in an advertising agency or corporate marketing department is required.
