Create and maintain comprehensive metrics reports and advise team on effectiveness of marketing spend dedicated toward customer acquisition, retention, and upsell efforts
Drive efficiency through the development of new project management processes to ensure our cross-functional team is running smoothly
Manage global marketing program calendar ensuring maximum leverage across all channels and geographical regions
Mange online advertising calendar in conjunction with Marketing Manager and advise on top performing, and underperforming, channels
Work closely with sales and customer facing organizations to obtain anecdotal data to support analytical findings
Collaborate with Marketing Manager to clearly articulate and roll out new marketing programs to the global marketing, sales, and customer facing organizations
Assist in the implementation of highly targeted cross channel marketing
Oversee global marketing budget to ensure compliance with financial stipulations
2-5 years? experience in the interactive marketing industry
Ability to interpret and present data
Exceptional program/project management skills; able to bring large brainstorming ideas to concrete points of actions
Strong background in Salesforce.com, Adobe SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, Oracle BI and/or other metric reporting programs
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cross-department relationships
Self-starter taking initiative while simultaneously being able to adapt to sudden changes
Commitment to quality and delivering outstanding prospect and customer experiences
