The role:
Conceive of and execute targeted marketing programs resulting in new customer acquisition and retention
Develop promotional plans launching newly released reports and whitepapers, ensuring consistent messaging and delivery across the web, email, and direct mail campaigns
Work in conjunction with the creative and web development teams to ensure all marketing assets are delivered on time, and follow all intended business needs
Clearly articulate and roll out new marketing programs to the global marketing, sales, and customer facing organizations
Create and maintain comprehensive metrics reports and advise on effectiveness of marketing spend
Remain fiscally responsible, and track all marketing programs within the constructs of financial regulations
The skills:
2-5 years? experience in the interactive marketing industry
Ability to interpret and present direct marketing results to internal audiences
Exceptional program/project management skills; able to bring large brainstorming ideas to concrete points of actions
Strong background in Salesforce.com, Omniture SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics and/or other metric reporting programs
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cross-department relationships
Self-starter taking initiative while simultaneously being able to adapt to sudden changes
Commitment to quality and delivering outstanding prospect and customer experiences
