About the Job
The Manager, Marketing Programs is responsible for successfully planning and managing highly effective and visible multi-touch, multi-channel marketing programs that support the company?s pipeline goals.
The successful candidate will lead the next stage in the development of a world-class demand generation program, which today includes targeted advertising, co-marketing initiatives with partners, online and search marketing, social media, and events.
The Manager, Marketing Programs must be enthusiastic about demand generation including planning, message development, execution and ROI tracking. This role is best suited for a matrix driven high achiever with proven ability develop B2B marketing programs both on the strategic and tactical level.
The position reports to the Senior Director of Demand Generation our San Francisco California headquarters.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage the execution of high-impact demand generation programs that include generating, nurturing and scoring opportunities.
Align marketing with sales to ensure demand generation campaigns are synchronized with sales strategies and goals.
Develop winning formulas for search and online marketing programs
Evolve the marketing dashboard of key performance metrics and return on investment.
Desired Skills & Profile
7 years of marketing experience with at least 4 years focused on demand generation.
Experienced online marketer with knowledge of current trends, media and tools.
Experience using salesforce.com and marketing automation tools (preferably Eloqua) to capture, track and report on leads
Organized project management and time management skills with attention to detail.
Experienced in evolving marketing programs based on performance data, ground level feedback from Sales and understanding of the business.
Creative, innovative, resourceful and get-it-done results orientation.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities
