Manager, MSG Partner Sales AtTask

AtTask, Inc., the leading provider of enterprise work management software, has an opening for a Partner Sales Manager to work in the Marketing Solutions Group. The position will primarily have responsibility developing and executing partner sourced leads that would include referral partners as well as strategic partners that will extend the capability and reach of AtTask in the Marketing Solutions Group target market.
It also requires a proactive and results oriented individual with the ability to work on assigned tasks, as well as to independently identify other strategic value-add activities.
Partner sourced lead generation: Partner Manager is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives, with the prime responsibility of generating partner sourced leads.
Partner Management. The candidate will work with Partners to deliver some of the activities including:
Coordinating joint sales efforts
Recruitment of New Partners consistent with the overall partner plans.
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners? expectations
Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
This candidate is responsible for delivering new Qualified Sales Opportunities that initiate with Partners but will be sold via our current sales organizations.
Leads solution development efforts that best address end- user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
Responsibilities include strategic discussions with potential partners that would open new doors for AtTask in both the sales and partnership arenas.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years working with various types of Partners
Experience with technology products (e.g. Excel, Word, AtTask, Salesforce.com)
Understanding of Marketing teams, processes, requirements, etc.
Customer and Partners facing presentation and interaction skills
