Manager of Client Implementations Cypress Care
The Manager of Client Implementations is responsible for the successful delivery and completion of client implementations and related projects
In this role, the Manager will manage a team of Implementation Analysts and Implementation Engineers charged with documenting business process design, special handling requirements and identifying technical development needs internally or for the client necessary to ensure seamless on-boarding experience.
Successful outcomes for this position include the on-time implementation of new clients and/or new services for existing clients with high levels of satisfaction, and effective project management that exceeds business goals for organizational initiative.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Ensure successful completion of client implementations requests and related projects for the products and services that have been sold.
? Exercise high-level decision making ability in working with internal/external clients, including problem solving and relationship management skills.
? Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally both internally and externally.
? Demonstrate ability to provide functional direction, technical expertise and leadership to team to ensure accuracy, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
? Manage and provide leadership to the team engaged in the implementation process, as well as the re-assessment of previous implementations for improvement opportunities.
? Provide the executive team with regular status reports or updates for all open assignments within the team.
? Develop/maintain implementation process documentation, incorporating project management methodology and provide internal/external training and coaching.
? Conduct and participate in presentations on implementation, ongoing process improvement opportunities and initiatives in response to stakeholder or client needs.
? Shape next generation Implementation Analyst identity and create a team platform that will support rapid growth.
? Manage travel and other expenses within assigned budget.
? Attend industry conferences and join industry trade groups.
? Undertake all other reasonable duties as required by the executive team.

? Assisting other departments with various data related tasks

? Manages and develops a team of Implementation Analysts and Engineers
? Bachelor?s degree and an advanced degree, PMP certification preferred.
? 8-10 years of experience in workers? compensation, property and casualty claims, ancillary healthcare services, or pharmacy benefit management.
? Professional experience in a customer facing role with strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
? 5 or more years of personnel management and leadership development.
? Business process engineering, project management theory and practices.
? Experience working with electronic data interchanges (EDI) and system integrations including analyzing and mapping layouts in formats such as XML.
? Intermediate knowledge of database management structures and reporting tools such as SQL.
? Demonstrated ability to manage and lead cross functional teams and projects within internal management infrastructures.
