This position provides leadership to the Corporate (Inside) Sales team. You would be responsible for understanding Actiance and specific partner solutions and series, as well as driving performance by effectively managing the team toward meeting and/or exceeding quarterly objectives.
Responsibilities:
Manage, train and support Corporate (Inside) Sales.
Focus on individual sales productivity and responsible for meeting established revenue quotas, goals and objectives and be accountable for quota achievement.
Manage/create sales dashboards to meet/achieve sales quotas
Monitor and participate in prospect calls, web presentations and product demos using methodologies directed by management
Provide written/verbal coaching and mentoring on a daily basis
Communicate with internal constituents (Sales VPs, CSMs, Sales Reps and Marketing Managers) on a regular basis.
Collect data, analyze information, and provide feedback to Corporate (Inside) Sales Reps to increase performance, skill sets, and overall productivity.
Ensure Corporate (Inside) Sales Reps meet or exceed weekly activity metrics or targets.
Analyze prospect needs, identify current business obstacles, define how we meet their objectives, scope and present potential Actiance solutions.
Manage weekly team meetings and facilitate team activities
Ensure that regional territories are properly assigned in Salesforce
Identify/manage to strengths and weaknesses of Corporate (Inside) Sales Reps and motivate Corporate (Inside) Sales Reps on an individualized basis
Serve as a role model and demonstrate effective sales tactics, strategies, and closing skills.
Present and articulate advanced product features, benefits, future product direction and overall Actiance solutions.
Earn the respect of the Corporate (Inside) Sales Reps; be a great communicator and trusted advisor and facilitator
Handle multiple tasks in fast paced environment
Keep informed on competitive services, promotional matter, sales techniques, pricing and marketing policies. Utilize resources and perform research to determine sales patterns and strategies.
Manage marketing and sales campaigns on the Corporate (Inside) Sales Rep level and report
Prepare reports for SVP
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years inside sales closing experience in tech or software industries with mid-tier to large corporations
Advanced level prospecting, qualification, and closing experience
Able to learn and understand product solutions and features
Excellent verbal and written communication skills: able to talk to C-level or LOB audiences
Ability to understand customer's industry and core business processes
Strong needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills
Effective sales, marketing and project management skills
Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships with all levels of internal and external client management
Flexible and self-sufficient
Minimum of a bachelor's degree
Have met or exceeded personal/team goals and quota. Contributed to the overall success of the Sales Team
