Manager of CRM Mesmo, Inc.
This role is perfect for the person who thrives on balancing strategy, creativity and analytics to delight our customers and view our activities through a customer-centric lens. This person should be ROI-focused and will be responsible for strategy, segmentation, execution and management.
Responsible for defining, establishing and implementing the CRM vision and strategy for GSN Cash Tournaments. Work with outside vendors to implement marketing automation solutions to support a continuous engagement closed-loop system.
Define the strategies and tactics necessary for implementing and optimizing site monetization programs, including direct marketing and non-transactional revenue programs, in order to maximize revenue and increase our return on advertising spend.
Leverage analytics, technology, and company stakeholders to drive customer engagement, retention and revenue.
Develop innovative marketing solutions that will optimize company sales and profits while being consistent with the company brand.
Develop actionable customer segmentation and effective contact strategies, while overseeing flawless execution of our campaigns.
Deliver promotional strategy, forecasting, execution and optimization in collaboration with marketing colleagues in customer acquisition, tournament programming, and product development.
Responsible for continually refining and expanding knowledge of future trends related to CRM marketing and keeping informed of implications of these new trends as they relate to the overall Marketing efforts.
Implement programs and promotions to improve the customer experience, personalize it to customer segments, and drive engagement, revenue and retention.
Responsible for directing metric analysis on campaign effectiveness and analytics of all CRM Marketing Programs.
Work hand in hand with Product Management to scope, build, and implement innovative CRM products.
Ensure appropriate tools are in place ranging from a data warehouse and marketing analytics data mart to tracking tools, reports, campaign and querying capabilities.
Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Computer science or Communications
At least seven to ten years of related CRM/?Database/?Direct Marketing experience working in a mid-large company.
At least four to six years of direct marketing supplier relationship development and management experience.
At least two to four years of experience with leading direct reports and cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of customer relationship management, loyalty, and retention programs.
Strong knowledge of customer segmentation and contact stream.
Track record of making an impact on business results.
Ability to succeed in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Strong relationship-builder; outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Keen attention to detail. Exceptional analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills; intensely curious.
Working knowledge of database software (Business Objects) and strong familiarity with Excel is required.
Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of direct marketing, both email and direct mail.
