Manager Customer Service
We are looking to hire a Customer Service Manager for the Maintenance Renewals team. The responsibilities will include the following:
Manage a team of Customer Services Reps
Hire talented personnel
Train the team on effective techniques in interfacing with customers, entering activities in Salesforce CRM system and managing a high-volume work load
Identify and measure key performance metrics necessary to improve the performance of the CSR team
Oversee the effective operation of maintenance renewal processing
Ensure accuracy of system-generated renewal maintenance invoices
Ensure effective distribution of invoices to proper customer contacts
Ensure effective collection efforts by the Customer Service Reps
Negotiate renewal transaction terms when necessary
Resolve customer concerns when they arise
Ensure accuracy of renewal payment processing
Achieve quarterly renewal maintenance collection targets
Organize the CSR team?s efforts around ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Build effective relationships with other Idera operating teams including sales, technical support and accounting
Ability to prioritize and manage a large volume of transactions
Ability to analyze data to identify key trends and opportunities
Ability to manage others
Ability to build strong relationships with customers
Ability to build strong relationships with other managers in the company
Experience working with Salesforce.com a plus
Management experience a plus
Sales and/or customer support experience a plus
