About the Team
This team works closely with several departments at GreatCall including Marketing & Sales, IT, Billing Operations, and Customer Service. We use external agencies for some of our online marketing functions. We are an integral part of this company and the solutions we provide are critical to the continued success of the corporation.
About the Job
The candidate will be responsible for establishing and driving digital marketing initiatives for the Marketing Department, primarily focused on SEM/SEO, mobile, display, social media, email campaigns, and affiliate marketing for GreatCall products and mobile apps. This individual will report into the Director of Digital Marketing and work closely with our external agencies to continually increase efficiency and grow website visits and conversions through these channels.
The successful candidate will be expected to uncover new opportunities, contribute to the development of the online strategy, and drive execution. Proactive thought leaders required!
Responsibilities
Drive qualified traffic to the GreatCall website and app stores.
Progressively increase digital media ROI.
Drive efficiencies & growth in Search Engine Marketing
Work with web team to constantly improve Search Engine Optimization
Manage mobile & display advertising
Establish and drive e-mail marketing campaigns
Manage and grow affiliate network
Build the company?s presence across various social media networks
Design and implement structured A/B & Multivariate tests to improve conversion
Produce & refine results-focused, accurate reporting to track all online & mobile marketing efforts
Manage one direct report: Digital Advertising and Social Media Specialist
Basic Qualifications
Education: Minimum of Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing or relevant field. In lieu of a degree, 4 years of additional marketing experience will be considered.
Minimum 7 years of online marketing experience
Minimum 3 years managing SEM/SEO
Minimum 3 years experience in mobile apps space
Minimum 2 years managing corporate affiliate program & email campaigns
Minimum 1 year managing corporate social media properties
Demonstrable track record of online marketing business growth
Experience managing direct reports
Desired Qualifications
Must be a highly motivated, self-starter with superior organization skills
Ability to multi-task and react quickly to changes in the demands of the business
Solid understanding of SEM/SEO concepts and techniques and how to optimize via social media
Strong writing and editorial skills, particularly as they apply to the online space
