This position is responsible for leading the day to day activities of the team and executing strategies. The successful applicant will be a self-starter with strong leadership and problem solving skills.
Manager of Operations also:
Provides coaching and leadership to team. Also conducts one on one meetings, performs annual reviews, and participates in goal setting/evaluation process
Champions/leads mobile operations projects, including but not limited to system and process improvements
Delegates duties to team members
Ensures team is meeting key results and SLAs
Works with supervisor on team strategies, roadmap, budget, and training
Requirements:
Minimum 4 year degree, preference in Operations, Management
5 or more years in an Operations role
5 or more years the mobile/ad industry
4 or more years leading a fast paced, innovative team
Preferred 2 or more years leading team in high growth environment
Preferred 2 or more years leading a team in the Mobile industry
