Summary
The Manager of Project Management will apply broad professional expertise and knowledge to all areas affecting PlayNetworks production and custom Audio Visual system installations. This position will be responsible for managing a team of professionals by developing and maintaining project management practices and disciplines that will support the achievement of our Company objectives in a resourceful and effective way.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

?Manage the dynamic work flow and work load distribution across the PM team.
?Focus on delivering and installing solutions on time and on budget.
?Participate in developing annual business plan and manage the department budget.
?Lead direct reports with establishing annual goals and advise on professional development.
?Proven ability leading a construction build team with the development of structure plans, cost estimates construction administration and final specifications.
?Project management discipline; develop internal controls that monitor the scope, budget, and schedules of projects.
?Identify, analyze and assess risk; provide recommendations and coach team on effective practices.
?Determine scope of work, and assist in proposal and contract preparation on large and or custom projects.
?Respond to inquiries and collaborate across the company regarding team deliverables and reporting requests.
?Support and develop the team skills with issuing proposals, approving subcontractor invoices, issuing revisions to contracts, scheduling deliveries and project close outs and conducting on-site inspections and meetings, as required.
?Work with engineering and the PM team to manage and drive down costs to maximize gross profits.
?Manage revenue forecasting and reporting as required to meet executive management expectations.
?Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with a focus on time efficiency and budget awareness.
?Implement staff management governances and establish team and individual one-on-one meetings.
?Participate in new client design reviews and implementation and execution meetings.
Experience/Education
?Bachelor?s degree in construction Management and/or Architecture or Engineering desired.
?10+ years construction and/or design experience, Retail experience a plus.
?Experience with legally compliant contract negotiation.
?Experience working with various levels of management, general contractors, Architects, Engineers, Government Agencies, Retail and Marketing personnel.

?Proficient with MS Office, advanced user of Excel and Word.
