Manager of Sales Operations Interactions
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Due to our continuous growth, Interactions, a leader in conversational self-service for customer care, is adding a Manager of Sales Operations. Reporting to the VP of Sales Enablement, the Manager of Sales Operations will be responsible for the management of support functions essential to sales force productivity and effectiveness. These include planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, and data auditing with a focus on data integrity and quality.
Provide user support on SFDC (and other critical tools and applications) that enable the sales force.
Responsible for implementing and enforcing processes and tools that will maintain integrity and accuracy of Salesforce.com data.
Manages the development of internal audits and controls to ensure integrity of business processes and data.
Oversee systems process documentation (Sales Operation Manual).
Acts as a liaison with other departments by understanding the sales model and ensuring the integrity of information available through various system and reporting structures.
Deliver systems and process reinforcement to new hires and manage on-going SFDC usability and efficiency training as needed.
Receive, oversee and delegate completion of Sales Operations team inquiries, ad-hoc requests and projects.
Bachelor?s Degree in Business Management or equivalent degree/experience.
Prior team building/training and leadership experience required
Requires an excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Operations processes and systems (sales cycle, CRM applications, reporting, forecasting, territory management and sales quotas). Salesforce.com experience required.
Must be proficient in the Microsoft suite of products with extensive Microsoft Excel experience.
Project management and training experience preferred.
Effective organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with facilitating and leading classroom and live web-cast delivery.
Self motivated willingness to learn and self teach.
Strong analytic and quantitative skills; ability to determine trends and propose solutions.
