Manager of School Improvement Carnegie Learning
The Manager of School Improvement is responsible for the development, implementation, and assessment of school improvement implementations and special programs including Race to the Top, federal programs, and other grants. The Manager is responsible for defining critical success factors across all projects and providing a sustainable and scalable approach to key initiatives and implementations.
The Manager of School Improvement will work closely with the Sr. Manager of School Improvement, the Vice President of K-12, Sales, Marketing and Professional Services, the Director of Professional Services, and Managers of School Partnerships in addition to key district and building stakeholders.
Job functions will fall into three primary categories: Designing and Developing Professional Learning Tools, Facilitating Professional Development related to the School Improvent Model, and Coordinating Grant Initiatives.

Job functions:
Designing and Developing Professional Learning Tools
Work with Sr. Manager of School Improvement on the design and implementation of professional learning tools to measure teaching and learning effectiveness using research-based approach to reform
Defines requisite tools to implement, monitor, and sustain and effective implementations
Addresses scalability of successful tools, processes, and practices nationwide
Builds capacity in field services team to use templates and tools in practice
Facilitating Professional Development
Coordinates and facilitates high-level implementation planning and status meetings for sustainable mathematics reform
Partners with research team to analyze, prepare, and facilitate data meetings to review rich demographic data analysis results and next steps
Collaborates with cross-departmental teams to present benchmark reports and updates to districts and schools (research, field services team, development, customer support, sales)
Communicates with district and building leaders related to key student, teacher, and demographic performance metrics
Coordinating Grant Initiatives
Manages school improvement guarantee requirements, contracts, and status of completion towards purchased services
Collaborates and supports sales team in creating personalized professional learning plans and implementation models for clients, including presentations and professional learning narratives
Develops processes and procedures for developing and maintaining department initiatives around school improvement, federal funding programs, and other grants
Participates in activities focused on building the internal capacity Carnegie Learning?s Professional Services team including staff and consultants through internal staff development related to implementing improvement services
Stays engaged in and abreast of federal education and funding trends; respond as needed with professional learning designs and implementation frameworks
