Quantcast, an audience measurement and targeting with over 200 employees, is looking for a creative HR professional to lead the company?s employee development and training programs. We work hard in a competitive hiring environment to attract the best people, and want them to succeed and be highly satisfied team members. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this person will play the key role in designing and implementing programs to enrich the Quantcast employee experience and foster productivity through employee development programs and targeted training. We?re looking for someone who has a track record of doing the same in young, nimble technology companies. The right candidate will understand both the mindset and aspirations of a work force such as ours and will bring creative vision and flawless execution to the table. In the coming years, Quantcast will scale its headcount exponentially across multiple countries. This is an opportunity to help define our corporate culture and ensure we foster the professional growth of a high caliber, diverse workforce during a time of explosive growth.Responsibilities
Perform organizational diagnosis of Quantcast?s employee base to understand drivers of culture and workforce
Establish strong relationships with senior executives and mid level management
Design and implement programs to develop and grow management and leadership skills
Work with managers in a programmatic fashion to identify and develop appropriate career paths and mentor them in their progress
Run existing training programs for managers and staff and develop metrics for tracking success
Augment the on-boarding of all new hires to ensure their progress and address their needs
Identify important employee retention issues and means to address
Assist managers in addressing individual employee relations
Listen to widespread employee concerns, and communicate to VP, Team Development & HR those issues that need addressing
Requirements
Demonstrated leadership success in running training & development in one or more technology companies
HR experience in start-up company that has experienced accelerated growth rate
HR management experience with deep thorough working understanding of best practices in professional development
Strong, honest communicator, evidencing both good common and business sense
Entrepreneurial spirit?someone who understands typical high growth culture
An inspirational, optimistic HR professional who radiates energy and determination which motivates others to achieve their goals;
Bachelors Degree required, advanced related degree a plus
