Manager of Training Services - Contract or Employee Adchemy

Adchemy is currently growing our training organization and searching for a Manager of Training Services to lead our training efforts. Responsibilities will include conducting needs analysis and training assessments to formulate a training curriculum for various constituencies including customers, partners, employees as well as collaborating and consulting with product managers, engineers and subject matter experts in order to develop the courses. In addition, the training manager will work one on one with project team members to customize training solutions that meet the customer?s specific business situation and application configuration.
Responsibilities include
Design, develop and deliver a complete curriculum for Adchemy?s suite of products
Manage all aspects of training operations to include the sale (with the sales team), financial tracking, delivery and support for all training services
Implement instructional design blueprints, methodology, and manage training courseware
Implement and evaluate training delivery standards for customer satisfaction measurement
Stay abreast of product direction and new features and collaborate cross-functionally to evolve training and documentation effectively
Identify gaps in best practices and product features, participating in definition of product direction, interact with Product Management on feedback
Develop guidelines for role-based competencies and certifications with appropriate curriculum plans
Design and implement and e-learning presence for Adchemy customers through the selection and implementation of a Learning Management System
Design and effective selling strategy to sell training throughout the customer?s lifecycle with Adchemy
Customizing the standard course framework to tailor training content to meet specific client implementation needs and developing hands-on exercises to reinforce concepts
Developing all training materials and job aides, as well as delivering the training class and performing evaluations on course delivery. Materials and delivery must support either instructor-led or web-based training.
Presenting in pre-sales situations to help clients understand the change management and training resources we provide
Maintaining internal training calendar, coordinating and delivering internal training as needed
Requirements
A Bachelors Degree with 8+ years instructor led training experience (teaching in the classroom)
A minimum of 2 years experience in instructional design, course development or equivalent applicable experience.
Proven ability to facilitate and deliver end user application training is a must
Familiarity with enterprise software development-delivery lifecycle in a SaaS environment
Strong business acumen is a must ? familiarity with online marketing/advertising a plus
Self Starter who can quickly hit the ground running is needed
Ability to travel up to 20%
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proven strength working at all levels of an organization
Ability to take complex technical issues and effectively present to business users
Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Adobe
