Responsibilities:
Support mission critical SaaS web UI.
Manage the technical work of a team of 10 globally
Work independently with minimal supervision to solve engineering problems
Work with broader team produce the design, design documentation, conduct design reviews, accommodate feedback and implement the design in the timely manner following coding guidelines and Agile development methodology.
Required Skills:
Seasoned trouble-shooter with experience maintaining a production environment.
Clear, concise communicator
Believes in issue ownership
Expert level skills in PHP programming
Ability to apply UX concepts in interface design.
Experience in multi-tier architecture and SaaS
Proven experience delivering production level projects that are used by a large number of users.
Proven ability to direct a team of off-shore developers.
Desired Skills:
Fluency in Spanish would be helpful
Solid understanding of network security
Strong relational database skills (Any experience with MySQL is a plus).
Education Requirements:
BS in CS, CE, EE or equivalent field is desired but not required.
