Role Definition
We are looking for a dynamic Online Marketing Manager with a keen eye on generating demand and revenue for consumer and B2B software. You will play a key role in our innovative and growing marketing team, focused on increasing direct revenue and leads through integrated online marketing vehicles.
If you are interested in all aspects of online campaign management including identifying advertising partners, campaign execution, direct marketing, project management, creative testing and implementation, and enjoy working in a hands-on environment with opportunities for strategic growth â€" then we are looking for you!
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute campaign setup, creative approval process and day to day management of campaigns geared towards direct revenue, lead generation, and customer acquisition
- Collaborate with product teams, business units, and creative services to develop creative assets such as landing pages, emails, banners, and ads.
- Develop and communicate campaign roadmaps for internal and external teams
- Collect and analyze campaign data to identify actionable opportunities and best practices to improve campaign performance and ROI/ROAS
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years' proven experience in creating and executing successful online campaigns globally.
- Hands-on expertise with some of the following: database/email marketing, search marketing, affiliate programs, display advertising, shopping cart optimization/product merchandizing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Excel and Power Point
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in writing creative briefs and campaign content
- Working harmoniously with a cross-functional team under aggressive deadlines
- Excellent analytical and statistical skills
- Knowledge and understanding of varied industry tools (HTML, eMail platforms, SalesForce, analytical tools, eCommerce platforms , etc)
- Excellent negotiation skills with vendors and partner marketing
- Experience in B2C and B2B software
