THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Our ideal Sales Manager, Outbound Sales has a proven track record of managing highly motivated and successful Outbound Sales Specialists. This Manager will primarily focus on the team?s daily and monthly sales quotas, executing on various projects provided by the Director, Outbound Sales Team.
What you?ll do:
Managing a team of sales reps, focused on outbound sales.
Conducting coaching sessions and providing valuable monthly and annual reviews to sales reps.
Compiling sales daily, weekly and monthly reports to submit to Director of Sales.
Enforcing consistent operation, sales policies, performance management and procedure outlined by headquarter (HQ) in Los Angeles.
Conduct new hire training
Handling escalation calls.
On-going people/career development.
Travel required to Los Angeles (HQ) office for meetings and trainings.
Proven sales management in a performance driven environment.
Strong communication skills both oral and written.
Ability to excel in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and highly-dynamic work environment.
Ability to lead the team to common goals and objectives.
Minimum of 5-7years of experience in managing an outbound sales team - preferably in a call center environment.
Previous experience in corporate phone sales with 5-7 years of outbound phone experience.
Bachelor?s degree preferred.
