Manager, Quality Assurance Appriss
Develops, implements and maintains technical quality assurance and control systems and activities. Defines and specifies the implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy and reliability of company products. Participates in the reviewing of engineering designs to contribute quality requirements and considerations. Assists product support areas in gathering and analyzing data. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
oBachelor?s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Experience, or Characteristics
oMinimum of 5 years of experience in software development and testing
oExperience leading teams in software engineering or quality assurance
oExperience in testing fast, reliable, large scale, multi-threaded, scalable systems
oExperience with interface testing (API, SOA, XML) and web services (SOAP, REST)
oUnderstand and possess the ability to apply project lifecycle methodology
oStrong analytical background
oExperience developing and performing automated functional, load and stress testing
oExcellent verbal and written communication skills
Helpful / Preferred
oMaster in Computer Science/Engineering
oExperience with SOASTA/ Sauce Labs
oPrevious experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
