The Manager, RCM Implementation will provide management and support to the team responsible for implementing the Availity Revenue Cycle Management suite of products to new clients. The Manager, RCM Implementation ensures all new provider implementations follow the established processes and are completed with high quality within the defined timeframes.
Additionally, the Manager, RCM Implementation will work closely with leadership from the Provider Sales, Support Services, and Vendor management teams to ensure expectations of those stakeholders are being consistently met. Where necessary, collaborate with those groups to update processes to deliver quality results.
Oversees accurate, timely and successful implementation of the Availity Revenue Cycle Management product through entire implementation cycle
Ensures implementation processes and procedures, including key milestones, and timeframes are met and identifies opportunities for process improvement
Assigns resources for new implementations
Escalation point for implementation issues
Reporting to management on implementation status and ensuring implementations meet established timeframes.
Ensures the successful "hand-off" to the support team following the implementation.
Process owner for the RCM product implementation process. Effectively manages, communicates, and educates regarding changes to the process.
Participation with Business Solutions, IT, Support Services, internal Development to understand new products in development and implementation tasks around these new products.
Conducts or participates in regular meetings with assigned VAR and clients.
Coordinates work from other roles involved in the implementation process including the Channel Partner Relationship Manager, Support Analyst, VAR, and Development.
Participation in process improvement initiatives to create efficiency and maximize existing resources.
Monitor work assignments of Implementation personnel
Meet regularly with team to gather work statuses
Discuss work progress and obstacles
Provide advice, guidance, encouragement and constructive feedback
Contributes to development of measurable individual and team objectives that are aligned with business and organizational goals
Document and present constructive performance assessments, and sets developmental goals
Manage human resource related activities to include hiring, coaching, and mentoring, as appropriate
Identify the roles, skills, and knowledge required and ensure staff has the resources and skills needed to support all work initiatives
Forecast new skill requirements based on emerging technologies.
Ensure that corporate objectives for training and development of employees are met
WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS (Required)
7+ years experience implementing or supporting software products in a Healthcare environment.
Supervisory experience; managing a team including leadership responsibilities such as:
Providing group and individual direction and leadership
Meeting goals & objectives
Managing multiple projects, activities, and tasks
Working with people in their professional development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently under minimal guidance
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, supporting the direction of the organization and other team members
Demonstrated ability to use discretion and make sound decisions
Ability to work under pressure
Exhibits necessary characteristics relating to the Availity cultural environment (customer satisfaction, integrity, teamwork, work/life balance)
Strong Technical presentation skills (understanding your audience and tailoring presentation to the technical background of the audience)

WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS (Preferred)
Experience working with one or more of the following practice management software: Epic, NextGen, IDX/Centricity, Medisoft, Lytec, Greenway, Mysis, Medical Manager, or other practice management systems.
Experience with project manager and project management software and principals
Strong skills in analysis, problem solving, communication, documentation and critical thinking.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION (Required)
Bachelor?s Degree in a Healthcare or IT related program, or equivalent work experience.
