Manager Sales Base - Inside Sales Integra Telecom
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED DescriptionThis position is responsible for growing and managing base customer sales within the Base Account Executive (BAE) team. The team will proactively contact existing customers for upsell, renewal opportunities, as well as new customer prospects to win new business for Integra.
Develops business plans, analyzes customer accounts, and forecasts revenue growth. This position will develop each his/her functional work group to ensure product knowledge, expertise, sales skills, and strategies to maximize revenue from the existing customer base, and new logo campaigns.
The Manager will be responsible for leading a group up to 12 (BAE) whose core responsibly will be to achieve sales targets by collaborating with the existing customer base and new prospects through outbound calling campaigns. Sales generated from inbound leads from other internal departments are also required.
RequirementsBachelor?s degree in Business or Finance or a related field, or the equivalent in training and experience. Substantial experience (5+ years) in professional sales and marketing, specifically selling technical services, indicating an ability to prospect new accounts and manage existing accounts. Demonstrated experience managing employees, specifically within the sales function. Knowledge of the telecommunications industry through direct or indirect work experience. Demonstrated knowledge of local exchange, long distance and internet markets. Ability to support a team of sales professionals who are making sales presentations to small and large sized groups. Strong analytical, coaching, training, time management, problem solving, prioritization and planning skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills, including spreadsheets, presentation and word processing programs. Ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner.
Management experience within a CLEC. Experience using Microsoft Office software programs.
