Manage Inside Sales representatives selling solutions and providing account management within a designated geographic territory within the U.S.
Manages and coordinates the daily activities of 'inside' sales representatives engaged in promoting and selling a product by phone or mail.
Recommends changes to current inside sales techniques or procedures based on team performance and new selling techniques.
Achieve sales at or above stated quota & goals.
Monitor and support the Inside Sales Reps with cold calling, prospecting, web-ex sales presentations and demonstrations, follow-up calls and closings.
Responsible for territory value growth and customer satisfaction within assigned territory.
May represent Vertafore at industry trade shows & conventions.

Proven success in professional direct telephone sales; preferably in automation products for the insurance industry
Operational knowledge of various windows based application programs and current Internet technologies

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years active duty Military.
Minimum of five year?s experience in dealing with the Insurance market (Agency and/or Company experience preferred), and/or 5 year?s experience in dealing with solutions sales in any industry.
Leading a sales organization through change, scalability and implementation of best practices.
Proven success in professional direct telephone sales; preferably in automation products for the insurance industry.
Successfully mastered the following skills: Aggressive cold calling, prospecting, product demos, and closing.
Operational knowledge of various Windows based application programs and current Internet technologies.
