Manager, Sales Development Breathe Technologies
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Breathe Technologies is seeking a Sales Development Manager to help improve the lives of people with respiratory needs by providing an innovative therapy that improves quality of life. The Breathe Non-invasive Open Ventilation (NIOV) System is a palm-sized, wearable, one-pound ventilator with a unique open nasal pillow interface.
The NIOV device is designed for continuous applications such as patient ambulation, physical therapy, occupational therapy, respiratory therapy, and other rehabilitation efforts in an institutional or home care environment. Experienced sales representatives with respiratory therapy credentials are encouraged to inquire about this dynamic opportunity.
SCOPE OF POSITION:
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Sales Development representative is responsible for the promotion and sale of the company?s products in their designated geographic area.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be the sales leader for all company products in designated geography
Develop strategic/tactical plans for sales development with corporate staff and distribution partners
Monitor progress against those plans and goal attainment
Assist in training of new distribution partner sales team staff
Work collaboratively with corporate clinical and marketing staff to develop new programs
Contribute to new market /segment development of company?s products
Provide on-going feedback to corporate colleagues on product performance, pricing, competitive activity, etc.
Must be registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse
Must have homecare ventilation sales experience
Must have experience making sales calls to pulmonologists
Minimum 7-10 years related experience in the area of respiratory services and or device markets
Sales team management expertise and experience preferred
SKILLS / APTITUDES:
Ability to successfully work with individuals, teams, staff, and senior management, distribution partners
Ability to effectively and convincingly present information and to demonstrate devices to varied audiences
Established relationships with the pulmonary community
Outstanding organization, interpersonal, negotiation, time/project management, motivational, and judgment skills
Knowledge of reimbursement and third party payment systems a strong plus
Excellent working knowledge of US Respiratory Market
BS in Life Sciences equivalent or higher preferred
