You are equal parts geek, diplomat, and sales marketing ninja. Your singular focus is arming and empowering an award-winning sales team with what they need to educate clients, drive interest and consideration, and close massive deals.
You?re a great listener and even better translator of field intelligence, syndicated research and market insights. You know how to tell stories that will resonate with advertisers and marketers ? succinctly and elegantly. You have a distinct point of view on the best way to communicate effectively, and the wherewithal to persuade stakeholders of the right course of action. Collaboration is second nature to you, as you?ll team with Sales, Category Development, Product Marketing, Research, and Creative Services to achieve all you need to do.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Be part of a growing team that will own strategic positioning, communication, and sales tool development that will help drive Tremor Video?s market leadership in online video.
Be a category (or two) expert who understands the unique challenges each industry faces, how to speak their language and become a trusted partner
Gather and distill input from many sources in order to create the right materials and programs to sell Tremor Video?s offering through
Develop and drive the creation of custom client and vertical outreach programs to increase awareness and consideration among strategic accounts and categories
Work with Sales, Category Development and Product to develop proactive pitches that strengthen relationships with strategic accounts and drive larger investments
Produce big-opportunity RFP responses by communicating in a way that is above and beyond client expectations
Partner cross-functionally to bring programs and ideas to life
Track feedback from the field and optimize sales stories, programs, and materials to maximize success
QUALIFICATIONS
If we call you in, be ready for some 'Show & Tell' since we'll want to review a portfolio of your work, e.g. -.ppt decks, one-sheeters and responses to RFPs
3-5 years experience in digital advertising, preferably in a B2B marketing or agency role
Demonstrated ability to understand technology/products and client needs and successfully merge the two to tell a clear, compelling story.
Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills
Experience tapping into research to validate positioning
Ability to work across departments to gather intel to support communication strategy
Excellent time management skills. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and manage expectations.
Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work as a team player
Must have a passion for media, especially video
Ping pong skills a real plus
