Manager, Sales Operations Lattice Engines

Analyze sales data and generate weekly forecast and metric reports for Management team
Develop and implement comprehensive pipeline reporting: tracking opportunities from lead generation to revenue
Administer salesforce.com, ensure usage complies with expected standards, develop dashboards and reports
Measure sales force productivity and develop strategies to improve including implementing enabling technologies
Optimize customer/account targeting
Develop onboarding programs and continuous training for sales personnel. Work with other Functions to develop and deliver content
Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement
Ensure alignment of territories/quota and maximize effectiveness of the sales force
Assist in sales, compensation, territory planning including updates to quota achievement, hiring plans, sales budget
Work with Finance, Legal, PS to manage client contract process and sales incentive compensation administration
Desired Skills and Experience:
5+ years experience in Sales Operations with SaaS company in the business-to-business sales environment
Mix of Start-up, SaaS and public company experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated advanced knowledge of salesforce.com and ability to customize
Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures and policies for high growth company
Ability to conduct analysis of data and translate the results into actionable deliverables
Analytical and quantitative skills
Experience in developing and making formal presentations to executive management
Experience in high velocity selling models
Excellent communication and presentation skills
BA or BS required
