THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Our ideal Manager, Sales Productivity & Training will maximize sales department effectiveness by determining and solving sales representative and sales management training needs and managing a team of sales trainers. This includes all system, product, and industry specific training, and coaching skills for employees and supervisors. Previous experience working with corporate training clients is also integral to this position. Experience in evaluating and maintaining a high standard of training effectiveness and quality, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Proven ability to conceptualize and successfully implement curricula for sustained business growth.
What you?ll do:
Accomplishes sales training objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Achieves sales training operational objectives by contributing sales training information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining sales training system improvements; implementing change.
Determines training requirements by studying sales and marketing strategic plans and current sales results; conferring with sales leadership; reviewing results of trainer coaching; evaluating training effectiveness.
Develops job results resources by designing information systems; maintaining libraries and databases; building interactive and integrated job support systems i.e. Salesforce Articles and Knowledge Base development and maintenance.
Develops managerial results by orienting new managers; conducting management training program and providing learning resources for individual managers.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
2+ years supervisory experience with strong motivational and leadership abilities
5+ years training experience to include presentation and curriculum development
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to identify, initiate and embrace change to support continuous improvement
Ability to motivate others, foster teamwork, coach and emphasize excellence
Must have flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends and holidays
Prior legal training or legal coursework (preferred but not mandatory)
Proficient with Salesforce, MS Office Suite and the ability to rapidly navigate between applications and systems; knowledge of call center computer software.
