We are expanding our sales team to meet demand for this exciting new technology.
We are looking for Manager of Sales Training & Enhancement of Practice (STEP) for our East and West Regions:
Summary:
TheMarketing manager of STEP is responsible for the support of Company programs to enhance best practice for marketing and educational support. In addition, the Manager is accountable in assisting and developing the creation of Practice Enhancement tools that assist CoolSculpting Centers in driving patient awareness, patient satisfaction, and practice profitability. Practice marketing initiatives are core to CoolSculpting?s worldwide success, so both will be implemented in direct (NAF) and indirect (ROW) markets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Clinical Training:
For the Commercial teams, the Manager will be key resource for clinical training information, techniques, FAQ?s, etc. Equally as crucial will be the Director?s ability to synthesize feedback from the field ? from PSS?s, AM?s, RM?s, ROW, and customers themselves ? and convert that feedback into ?best clinical practices?.
Practice Enhancement:
Marketing manager will expand ideas & create supporting tools for Practice Enhancement, with the STEP Director. These tools, a blend of ?how to s? and actual materials, will be designed with any or all of the three outcomes in mind: 1) optimally affecting a patient?s CoolSculpting experience, 2) enhancing the profitability of our CoolSculpting Centers, and 3) driving per-CU utilization. Once the tool kit is created, the Director will instruct all Commercial personnel as to how to introduce Enhancement tools and techniques into our installed base.
Marketing Other:
Because of the velocity of new account acquisition and the turnover rates of staff at CoolSculpting Centers, it is important that a virtual marketing layer be developed & regularly updated. This virtual activity, e.g. blogs, portal, Facebook, twitter tools will complement Commercial marketing & the Zeltiq IT projects reinforcing best clinical, business and practical franchise development for ZELTIQ products.
Various other duties as needed to support and drive marketing and sales activity that maybe designated by the Chief Marketing Officer.
Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with FDA?s Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, the Canadian Medical Device Regulations, and all other international regulatory requirements with which ZELTIQ complies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree required.
Past leadership positions in a global or national Training function are preferred.
Medical Device or Pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing experience are strongly preferred.
Proven abilities as a goal oriented self-starter, comfortable in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills & the ability to work as a cross-functional team member.
This position requires the ability to travel as necessary or required, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel. Some possible international travel, e.g., to regional distributor meetings, practices and/or training sessions.
