Summary
This at-will position has the primary responsibility for development of employees at all levels of the organization. The main focus of this position will be to manage the sales and employee development training at Weatherby Healthcare. The individual will be responsible for classroom training as well as individual training and coaching. The individual will be responsible for developing curriculum, presenting curriculum and creating training documents. Adheres to company mission and values.
Job Duties
Essential -
? Develops and implements strategic employee development programs to achieve desired company goals and objectives.
? Develop curriculum for training and provide supplemental process training to sales representatives as needed.
? Write training programs and development processes and programs for a variety of subjects and areas.
? Manages the division sales training department, which includes adhering to employment policies and procedures and implementing corrective action when necessary.
? Present sales and process training.
? Conduct training workshops on specific skills, activities and processes for our sales, support and administrative staff.
? Provide coaching to new sales hires as well as existing sales consultants.
? Create training assessment tools such as quizzes and role plays.
? Create motivational training assessment tools such as quizzes and role plays.
? Prepare status training reports and measure training results.
? Other projects as assigned by management..
Requirements
Skills:
Essential -
? Excellent oral and written communication skills.
? Classroom and instructional presence.
?
? Prioritization, time-management and multi-tasking skills.
? Highly organized and self-motivated.
? Demonstrated competency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
? Able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
? Up to 25% travel.
Experience & Education:
Essential-
? Have worked a successful sales desk in the Healthcare staffing industry
? Previous sales, employee development & leadership training experience
? Professional level of training experience in presenting information, classroom instruction and sales training methods.
? 5 - 7 years sales or sales process experience.
? Able to work independently and take initiative to proactively complete assignments.
? Ability to communicate effectively on all levels of the organization.
