Partner with sales leaders to define sales processes and create tools and training solutions to address and bridge gaps in knowledge, competency and skills
Implement a sales skills development tracking system and monitor the development of those skills
Drive effective instructor-led and online training curriculum for sales principles, products, and systems
Assess the effectiveness (impact) of training; report results to stakeholders, formulate recommendations for improving training impact based on performance data as well as through observations
Create and implement standards for training development, delivery and measurements
Manage and develop sales training team and assist with the development of sales trainers
Create and standardize global onboarding curriculum
Facilitate multiple trainings at the manager and rep level
Ensure training programs are aligned with company goals
Use positive reinforcement and adult learning techniques to promote learning and skill improvement
2+ years of revenue-specific training design and facilitation experience
2+ years of sales management and/or direct coaching experience preferred
Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com, MS Office, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated knowledge of general revenue methodologies and processes.
Ability to evaluate and present effective solutions for employee development needs.
Flexibility and adaptability to shifting needs, evolving priorities, and urgent situations that arise
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent required, Master's Degree in related field preferred
Ability to travel, sometimes internationally (less than 25%)
