Responsibilities include:
Lead and grow a highly motivated and over-achieving development team
Create a culture of innovation to deliver a first in class product
Take full responsibility for the team deliverables, development process and schedule
Bring in expertise from web site and web service development and participate in technical deep dives and architectural discussions
Collaborate across development teams, product management, QA and Operations
Prioritize changing demands, multi-task, and think creatively against tight deadlines
Requirements:
Strong track record of leading a development team.
Hands-on technical experience in building web-based user interface resources
Must have a can do attitude
Superb interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced fluid environment
Over 8 years of experience with a minimum 2 years of management experience
BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
