OpportunityBecome an integral member of an early stage start-up that is leading the shift in the way digital video is bought, sold, analyzed and valued.
We are looking for an aggressive business development manager who can develop strong and lasting relationship with publishers on behalf of VHM. An ideal candidate will have in-depth industry knowledge of digital video and the ad-tech space.
Primary Responsibilities
Build the VHM network development process from scratch
Develop and maintain relationships within publisher teams
Negotiate pricing and terms with publishers
Finalize and maintain contracts
Conduct margin management analyses
Collaborate with Sales to drive selling opportunities
Maintain cordial, arms-length business relationship with the Tremor Media network
Improve internal processes to drive efficiencies
Desired Skills & Experience
2-5 years of experience in digital media, network development, ad tech
Past network development experience required
High energy with proven ability to build a business
Strong understanding of the publisher landscape and ad-tech space
Highly organized and process oriented
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and graphing
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Experience with video, rich media or other ad delivery platforms highly preferred
