Overview:
Champion and drive operational excellence for Supplier Network Services organization to achieve timely and profitable results with our Supplier/customer related projects. Expand SciQuest?s supplier capacity through strong relationships with Suppliers and ongoing value discussions with SciQuest?s customers. Establish and maintain high quality of catalog information.
Principal Responsibilities:
Serve as the supplier-facing relationship liaison for SciQuest while maintaining responsibility for the SciQuest Supplier Network Services organization. This organization will:
Manage ongoing Supplier enablement for all customers that are in support
Manage Supplier support activities including:
Content / price file loading
Portal setup and assistance
Supplier tickets/support
Manage third party relationships that assist SciQuest enabled suppliers and improve the quality of the catalog data
Manage the Supplier content portions of NextLevel and any customer related supplier forum
Will continue to drive towards increased Supplier capacity by
Working closely with Marketing and Business Development to nurture and expand our Supplier base
Develop Business scenarios that support the requirements of Suppliers in the SciQuest network
Continuous improvement of the supplier enablement process to drive costs out and continue to meet our clients? needs.
Continuous improvement of the overall quality of our catalog data to increase the value to our customers.
Continuous improvement of the Supplier Portal functionality and data available to the suppliers.
Perform analyses and consumer research in order to collaborate on product strategy with product management, sales and marketing.
Support sales and customer prospects in understanding SciQuest?s supplier enablement methodology.
Position Requirements:
At least 6+ years professional experience in project/product delivery for the software industry is desired.
2+ years in a manager role desired.
Thorough understanding of strategic planning, project lifecycle management, relationship building and expectation setting as well as the ability to motivate and inspire others to accomplish goals.
Ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers to address a wide range of issues.
Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Project), general database operations and cXML is required.
Strong knowledge of HTML and e-Procurement are required.
Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
