Our Technical Assistance Center is looking for a highly motivated manager who will help the
company provide the next level of quality and service to our clients and partners by resolving
customer issues, assisting employees and helping drive quality solutions. You will be part of a growing
team of technical support staff assisting with our software products to help customers manage their
call centers and their customers.
What You?ll Do:
The Manager of Support Services position will be assisting managing team members that provide
technical support on Calabrio products for customers and partners using our products in a
production environment. You will be working with engineers to schedule, analyze and resolve
technical cases, working with our development team and solving customer issues in real time. In this
role you will be intimately involved with day to day operations of our technical support processes and

? Previous management experience running teams in support or similar field
? Great communications skills - both verbal and written
? Desire to learn and grow with a dynamic and fast paced organization
