Reporting to the Director of Talent, the Manager of Talent Acquisition is an integral part of the Talent (HR) team at MatchCraft. Talent Acquisition ensures that we have a continuous pipeline of top quality talent to take MatchCraft to the next level.
Your job goes beyond getting good people in the door and meeting our hiring goals. We don?t just want good people, we want great people! For us, hiring isn?t a numbers game; it?s about ensuring we have the right people in the right spots to create a win-win situation for them and us. The Manager of Talent Acquisition is our first line of defense in eliminating candidates that look good on paper, but don?t fit our exacting standards around our company culture.
You will continually assess the recruiting needs to ensure we have the right roles and the right people in those roles to achieve our goals. You will ensure that Talent Acquisition has a reputation of being a trusted and collaborative partner
Ensure every Business Lead and hiring manager receives world-class recruiting consultation and support
Provide regular updates to the Leadership Team and Executive Team on progress against hiring targets, including providing recommendations around when we need to alter targets and why
Identify and implement ways to build a more consistent recruiting culture, aligning technology and non-technology recruiting approaches and processes
Dramatically improve recruiting analytics and reporting, including: (i) defining the metrics we need to manage the recruiting process and report out to various stakeholders; (ii) identifying the means by which we will capture/update metrics (e.g., Jobvite, Google docs); and (iii) ensuring all of this is done as efficiently as possible
Ensure the recruiting team is viewed as a trusted and collaborative partner
Experience working in a technology start-up or similar environment
Experience hiring technical talent, e.g. software developers, program developers, product managers, etc., as well as operational talent such as marketing and client services support
Highly organized and efficient ? you get things done!
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Significant experience and a proven track record recruiting and hiring exceptional talent!
