Manager, Technical & Business Partner Training CHG Healthcare Services

The main focus of this at-will position will be as a manager of the day to day activities of the technical/business partner training team. Also, the primary focus will be conducting classroom technical/business partner training, developing technical/business partner focused curriculum, develop training objectives and implementation plans. Adheres to company mission and values as well as delivers Red Ribbon Service excellence in every interaction.
? Oversee technical and business partner training/trainers for multiple locations
? Create implementation plans and coordinate training efforts
? Provide project management specific to training
? Develop and implement strategic business partner & technical training programs to achieve desired company goals and objectives
? Development of business partner training curriculum and facilitation
? Develop and conduct courses on database and applications such as, but not limited to phones, e-mail, MS office, and other applications.
? Be instrumental in the development of the curriculum, training tools and deployment of training for the FOX front office system.
? Trouble shooting technical training issues and provide effective communication/resolution
? Create technical training documentation for users
? Create technical training assessment tools such as quizzes and evaluations
? Work closely with IT as needed on rollout of technical programs.
? Work closely with Marketing on the creation of training materials
? Conduct/oversee side by side training sessions
? Learn technical applications used in sales/operations positions and be able to train employees
? Research technical products and programs and make recommendations on them
? Other projects as assigned by management
? Travel up to 20%
? Develop, write and present curriculum for a variety of technical systems
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Demonstrated competency in Matchmaker, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint and Outlook
? Demonstrated history of successful business partner training experience.
? Able to plan and execute work with minimal supervision
? Prioritization, time-management and multi-tasking skills
? Manage multiple projects concurrently
? Proven organization skills, able to write effective training curriculum and documentation for a variety of technical subjects and skill levels
? Classroom and instructional presence. Be able to present material to an individual and groups from 1-30 people in a dynamic, interesting and effective manner
? Ability to effectively collaborate with leadership to provide training / solutions.
Experience & Education:
? 2-5 years proven leadership experience (preferably multiple locations)
? Professional level of training experience in presenting information and classroom instruction
? History of working with on-line training methodology.
? 1 year professional training experience, technical training background preferred.
