Who We Want:
Bazaarvoice is looking for a Manager, Technical Success who will manager a TSM team to resolve technical issues, provide best practices guidance to lead clients to utilize our platform in the most optimal way, and be responsible for the technical health of our client portfolio.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include the following:
Working closely with internal teams as well as our clients to resolve concerns, issues, and questions in a professional and timely manner. This will include integrating and troubleshooting cases of varying complexity that involve different Bazaarvoice features and products.
Takes responsibility for success, results, and process implementation of respective team.
Demonstrates ability to lead support meetings and process improvement.
Responsible for client satisfaction as well as an ability to independently manage solution quality. Partners proactively and effectively with key internal stakeholders in other teams.
Resolves major client escalations.
Manage communication, case resolution, productivity and relationship with 3rd party vendor resources for assigned support tasks. Provide training and instruction for all resources, including 3rd party vendor resources.
Skills and Experience Necessary for the Role:
Experience managing a SaaS company client facing support team
The best candidates will have a keen ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Candidates must be analytical and detail-oriented with a focus on exceeding expectations. ?Good enough? should never be ?good enough?.
The best managers are also self-starters who aren?t afraid to go above and beyond what the client expects, even if it means working extended hours.
Other desired experience includes the ability to communicate in two or more languages as well as user-level experience with Salesforce.
